Your lesson and reservation fee
Goguma Korean offers private, live Korean lessons on Zoom. Pilot tuition is free. Each booking reserves one 40-minute lesson for one learner, with a one-time reservation fee of US$0.99 through PayPal or KRW 1,500 through supported card payments. Choose your track before booking. There is no subscription. The reservation fee is retained when you attend; it is not an attendance deposit.
Your booking is confirmed after payment verification. The lesson time is displayed in your selected time zone. Your Zoom link is provided in My bookings and by email. Please have Zoom, a microphone, and a reliable internet connection ready. No automatic lesson recording is enabled.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start: full refund of the reservation fee.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, or do not attend: no refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- If the teacher cancels or cannot provide the lesson: full refund.
For example, for a Sunday 20:00 lesson in Korea time, the full-refund deadline is Saturday 20:00 Korea time. If you book within 24 hours of class, the late-cancellation period already applies. Joining late does not extend the scheduled finish time.
To cancel, send an email from your booking email address to goguma.korean.ac@gmail.com, including your booking reference. The time the cancellation request reaches our inbox is used for the deadline, even if we reply later. A cancellation request does not automatically issue a refund: the operator checks it and processes eligible refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We do not deduct processing fees from a promised full refund.
For a schedule change, contact us before your cancellation deadline. Availability is not guaranteed. If you experience a payment or connection problem, contact us with the booking reference so we can review it. These terms do not limit cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights provided by applicable law.

Payment receipts may show 오운굿즈랩 or OWNGOODSLAB. We store the version of the terms accepted with each booking. Later changes do not replace the terms attached to an existing booking.
취소·환불 안내
수업료는 무료이며 예약비는 카드 결제 1,500원 또는 PayPal 미화 0.99달러입니다. 수업 참석 시 예약비는 반환되지 않습니다. 수업 시작 24시간 전까지 취소하면 전액 환불하며, 이후 취소 및 무단 불참은 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다. 강사 사정으로 수업을 제공하지 못하면 전액 환불합니다. 관련 법령에 따른 청약철회·환불 등 소비자 권리는 우선 적용됩니다. 취소는 예약 이메일로 예약번호를 적어 고객센터 이메일에 요청해주세요. 이메일 도착 시각을 기준으로 처리하며, 환불 대상은 원 결제수단으로 3영업일 이내 환불 처리합니다.
